Sunday Dinner

A San Francisco Sunday dinner in May:

Hummus and crackers; brie

Halibut baked at 400-degrees in white wine/herb/olive oil
Marinated tofu [pour moi]
Asparagus baked with oregano/olive oil/parmesan
Wild rice with spinach
Pinot grigio

Vegan chocolate cake; decaf coffee

Lots of walking in the wind and sun looking for apartments … fell in love with the most beautiful (and wildly expensive) condo over by the Mission … until I can afford it, I will only cook for guests, and light candles, and read novels by Alice Adams .
