Post-run Brunch

Before a big run, I always make a pasta feed the night before, and stuff myself with as many carbohydrates as possible. I’m not usually hungry when I wake up the next morning, but after running for 2 hours and 3 minutes (fastest time yet!), I happily sat down to a lovely meal of bagels, potato chips (the salt, you know), fruit, coffee, and juice. Delicious.
